When it comes to Jaco Surf Lessons: The Surfer Factory Surf School is the first of its kind founded in Jacó Costa Rica. Our unique teaching method is based on experience and knowledge acquired over years of study, surfing and fitness expertize.

 

We combine the fitness aspects of surfing and SUP into our teaching methods. Our health and fitness experience is what sets us apart from the rest. All of our surf instructors are ISA certified and have past their first aid certifications.

 

Our fitness instructors/surf instructors have been certified by the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Tx. This means your surf lesson will not only be conducted by an experienced surf instructor who knows the local breaks but one who will train you to maximize your abilities and further your surfing skill level along with your physical fitness.

Our approach is simple, enthusiastic, and more than anything else: innovative! We guarantee that you will stand up and surf your first waves in just one lesson!! If you don't the lesson is FREE. We offer you not only our extensive experience and knowledge of surf conditions in the area but the best surfboard and boogie board rentals.

Our central surf shop and fitness club are located in Jaco beach, which has waves that are perfect for learning how to surf.

Our SUP locations are only minutes away in Herradura and Mantas beaches. Also, our location is only minutes from famous beaches like Hermosa, Esterillos, and Bejuco.

 

We also have trips available for experienced surfers who seek great adventures at the world-renowned Roca Bruja "Witch Rock" , Pavones, and Damas near the world-famous Manuel Antonio National park.
